Term and condition
- Packages are generally dispatched after payment made. You will receive it upon 2-4 working days.
- Some of our products can be delivered next working day; others can take up to 12 weeks depending on the status of the product availabilty.
- Please refer to product details for estimated delivery time & product availability status*.
- If any products are not available at the time of your order we will contact you immediately via e-mail or our staff will call immediately, you will then have the option to wait for the products to come into stock or we will give you a full refund.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
- We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
- Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Requirements for a valid return:
- Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc)
- Bank details payment is made via iPay88 or online transfer
- Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons :-
a) SURI was wrongly delivery the product.
b) SURI was delivery with missing product.
c) The product is totally hardly damaged.
